NVIDIA going Public

Saw on RIVA 3D that NVIDIA is going public with their initial public offering this week. IPO Aftermarket reports that NVIDIA will go public during the week of 1/18. The terms include 3.5m shares @ $7 to $9. Go to RIVA 3D for all the details.

For January 1999, this is the business side of gaming doing what it always does: studios forming, publishers moving money around, lawsuits flying, and everyone promising the next big thing. Somewhere in that mess, players eventually get the games. Maybe.
