PGL Spring ’99 Season Registration

registration for its Spring '99 Season is now open, and provided details of its plans for its second year of operation.

PGL Spring '99 Season Registration is the story on November 13, 1998, and it is one of those late-1998 PC gaming updates that says exactly where the scene is right now. The AMD Professional Gamers' League (PGL) today announced that registration for its Spring '99 Season is now open, and provided details of its plans for its second year of operation. By moving to a two-season-per-year format, the PGL expects to deliver even greater value to players, sponsors and fans in its second year.

The league also announced the full schedule for the Spring '99 Season, as well as changes to the regular season 1-on-1 competition format. In addition, the PGL has arranged for Pseudo Networks to become the official Webcast provider, with that company's All Games Network delivering bi-weekly Webcasts on league news and personalities throughout future seasons. The business side keeps moving, and sometimes those deals decide what we actually get to play next year.
