Piranha Interactive Publishing, has announced now that it, along with its co-sponsors, is giving away over $17,000 in cash and prizes including a $10,000 first place prize to contestants who create the best new levels for Piranha'ssoon-to-be-has released 3D action game, Dead Reckoning.
