Requiem on HEAT.NET

HEAT.NET today revealed that Requiem: Avenging Angel, 3DO's new first-person action experience, is available for immediate play on HEAT.NET, the fast, free online gaming service with the largest selection of games.

Requiem on HEAT.NET is the story today, and it is the kind of late-April 1999 news blast that makes the pre-E3 season feel like someone kicked the hornet nest. HEAT.NET today revealed that Requiem: Avenging Angel, 3DO’s new first-person action experience, is available for immediate play on HEAT.NET, the fast, free online gaming service with the largest selection of games. Requiem: Avenging Angel on HEAT.NET will be supported with a series of online events, competitions and marketing. Requiem: Avenging Angel packs in realistic, functional worlds from powerplants to prisons and cities under siege, to Hell itself. During gameplay, the user assumes the role of Malachi, a Chosen Angel who descends to Earth to stop Hell’s legions from destroying mankind.

Bottom line: if this is your kind of game, start watching the download pages and store shelves. April has been stupidly busy, and this one just joined the pile.
