System Shock 2 Patch released

System Shock 2 Patch released puts another piece of PC gear into the September hardware pile, and 1999 is not exactly short on that right now.

Electronic Arts and Looking Glass Studios a System Shock 2 patch is available for download here. The patch implements cooperative, modem/LAN capability for up to four simultaneous System Shock 2 players. In addition, the patch enhances the game?s single-player mode by implementing user control over weapon degradation and monster re-spawning.

The hardware race is getting mean, and the upside is simple: gamers keep getting faster, stranger toys to bolt into their rigs.
