it acquired all of the capital stock of Triad Distributors and Global Star Software, The companies, which operate from the same facility in Concord, Ontario, and utilize the same management team, are, respectively, a leading third party Canadian distributor of computer software and video games, and a leading Canadian budget publisher. Triad and Global Star combined to record in excess of $7.0 million in net sales and $400,000 in operating profits during the 12 months ended July 31. As consideration for both acquisitions the Company paid $700,000 in cash and issued 162,500 shares of restricted Common Stock.
