WolfPack II Announced

NovaLogic has announced a return to its simulation roots with WolfPack II, the sequel to 1990's classic game of World War II naval combat.

WolfPack II is now on the board. NovaLogic has announced a return to its simulation roots with WolfPack II, the sequel to 1990’s classic game of World War II naval combat.

In WolfPack II’s single-player game, players will sign up for a tour of duty as either a depth-dwelling U-boat commander in the German navy or a sub-hunting destroyer captain in the Allied fleet. The simulation takes its name from the wolfpack tactics that were used to devastating effect by Germany’s U-boat Command, in which groups of submarines made carefully synchronized attacks on Allied convoys. In WolfPack II, the ability to command multiple submarines will let armchair U-boat commanders try these tactics themselves against enemy shipping, while Allied captains can coordinate a destroyer task force to protect friendly vessels.
