World Links Championship Started

World Links Championship Started is today’s update from the October 1999 desk, and there is enough here to make retro PC players pay attention.

The useful part: The World Links Championship is a seven week tournament that marks the final event of the 1999 LSTour season. The overall champion will be decided on December 1, 1999. During the qualifying rounds, any player may enter the tournament and the top 64 will advance to play in the following weeks’ tournaments. Golfers may use either Links LS 1999 or the recently released Links LS 2000. File it under the usual 1999 PC pile: interesting, crowded, and probably fighting five other releases for attention.
