POCG VERDICT
An ambitious 3D reinvention that loses everything that made King's Quest special.
Sierra takes King's Quest 3D and action-heavy, but a faceless new hero, thin story and rote combat make for a disappointing send-off.
About This Game

King's Quest: Mask of Eternity is a 1998 action-adventure from Sierra, the eighth and final mainline King's Quest. It breaks from the series with a new hero, Connor, real-time combat and a first or third-person 3D view, sending the player to reassemble a shattered mask that has turned Daventry to stone. It released on PC.
