Plague Inc. is a 2012 strategy/simulation game by Ndemic Creations, originally for iOS (later Android and PC). You play the pathogen, evolving symptoms and transmission methods to wipe out humanity before the world develops a cure. It blends dark humour with genuinely educational epidemiology.
