State of Decay is a 2013 open-world zombie-survival action game by Undead Labs, published by Microsoft Game Studios. In a dynamic, real-time sandbox you lead a band of survivors, fortifying a home base, scavenging for supplies, and managing morale and permadeath. It launched on Xbox 360 (XBLA), later coming to Windows and Xbox One.
