Get 3DNow! Campaign Launches With Hardware Sweepstake

3dnow.org has officially launched Get 3DNow!, a push to see 3DNow! SIMD support land in game engines, fitting applications, and hardware drivers. It’s a manufacturer-independent effort carried by AMD-friendly hardware and gaming sites along with plenty of individual supporters, and the organizers are openly recruiting more sites and readers to join up and spread the word.

To mark the launch they’re running a ten-day sweepstake, and the prize table is serious: the grand prize is an AMD K6-III/450 with an MVP3 motherboard, and further down the list sit ELSA Erazor III TNT2 boards with 3D Revelator shutter glasses, Voodoo3 3000 cards from 3dfx, and copies of Max Payne ahead of its release.
