Guild Wars 2 Launches August 28, 2012

NCSoft and ArenaNet have set the date: Guild Wars 2, one of the most anticipated games of the year, launches in Europe and North America on August 28th, 2012. President and co-founder Mike O’Brien framed it as the payoff of five years of work, a buy-to-play MMO built around a genuinely social, shared world. After all the beta buzz, the no-subscription experiment is about to get its real test.
