Heavy Gear II Title Movie Launch

Setting the stage for the most daring adventure in the history of the Heavy Gear universe, Activision will post the title movie for Heavy Gear II today on Gamecenter. In the title movie, an Earth transport ship filled with stolen Gears and equipment from Terra Nova is shot down while trying to evade the planet. Embarking on their first mission, the Black Talons are called to stop these enemies and bring back the equipment captured by the Colonial Earth Forces (CEF).

For January 1999, this is the business side of gaming doing what it always does: studios forming, publishers moving money around, lawsuits flying, and everyone promising the next big thing. Somewhere in that mess, players eventually get the games. Maybe.
