Activision to publish Tenchu II

Activision to publish Tenchu II is the latest item crossing the POCG news desk. It has entered into an agreement with Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) to publish Tenchu II, the prequel to the highly acclaimed Tenchu: Stealth Assassins.

Under the agreement, Activision has acquired the publishing rights for the PlayStation game console and the PC worldwide, excluding Japan. Set in Japan’s Period of Warring States, Tenchu II gives players control of three young ninja warriors as they begin a journey that will take them to faraway lands, test their skills in stealth, strategy and fighting and ultimately define their future. The prequel to Tenchu, Tenchu II not only expands on the groundbreaking features of the original by adding new ninja tools, weapons and missions, but adds additional depth by introducing new mission objectives and character abilities that will push players to master new skills and increase their ingenuity.
