Mindscape Entertainment Announces E3 Lineup gives the E3 crowd another item to chase. The Learning Company’s Mindscape Entertainment unit announced its product lineup for the 1999 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) at the Los Angeles Convention Center, May 13-15.

The division will showcase 16 new titles in a 12,000 square foot area located at booth #4101 in Petree Hall, just off the main show floor. Celebrities on-hand at the Mindscape booth will include international chess prodigy Josh Waitzkin, subject of the movie Searching for Bobby Fischer. Waitzkin will demo the latest Chessmaster product for the PC, Chessmaster 7000. Jordan Mechner, award-winning creator of the original Prince of Persia will also be present to show and discuss the much-anticipated Prince of Persia 3D, scheduled for release this fall.
