Deer Hunter 3 released

Deer Hunter 3 released is the word today, and that means Deer Hunter 3 is moving from wish-list chatter into something players can actually touch.

Continuing its strong hold as a leader in hunting computer software games, GT Interactive Software’s Leisure Division announces the release of Deer Hunter 3 for PC from WizardWorks. Deer Hunter 3 is the 3D sequel to Deer Hunter II and Deer Hunter, the top-two hunting PC games sold in 1998, according to PC Data. With the launch of Deer Hunter 3, GT is also announcing its WizardWorks Outdoors game line and the WizardWorks Outdoors Virtual Hunting Club.

For players watching the fall release calendar, this is one more box fighting for desk time before the holiday crush hits.
