Microsoft Releases Year 2000 Update for Windows 98: Microsoft announced it has identified and addressed minor year 2000 issues in the Microsoft Windows 98 operating system.
The important bit: 3Dfx Interactive announced it has shipped more than 1 million Voodoo Banshee chips, the company's acclaimed high-performance integrated 3D and 2D graphics chip designed for mass-market applications, which began shipping in August.
The important bit: GT Interactive Software announced it has reached affiliate label agreements with Sega PC and SegaSoft Networks, for the North American sales and distribution of PC titles from both companies.
The important bit: Voodoo: Unlimited Power posted an interview with 3Dfx's Brian Bruning. In it they talk about a variety of subjects, but the main focus of course being Voodoo 3.
