Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow's spies vs. mercenaries multiplayer is a stroke of genius, even if the audio bugs and interface issues try to ruin it. Worth it for the online alone.
About This Game

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow is a stealth action game developed and published by Ubisoft, released in 2004. It is the second installment in the Splinter Cell series. The single-player campaign follows Sam Fisher, a covert operative for Third Echelon, as he uncovers a terrorist plot involving a biological weapon. Missions take him to locations such as Indonesia, Jerusalem, and Los Angeles International Airport. The game retains the series' signature light-and-shadow stealth mechanics, where staying hidden in darkness is paramount, and introduces new gadgets like the SC-20K assault rifle with non-lethal attachments. The most celebrated addition is the Spies vs. Mercenaries multiplayer mode, an asymmetrical experience pitting agile, third-person spies against heavily armed, first-person mercenaries. Spies rely on stealth, acrobatics, and gadgets to hack objectives, while mercenaries use firepower and detection tools to eliminate them. The game was praised for its cutting-edge visuals and innovative multiplayer, though it faced criticism for audio bugs, interface issues, and a linear single-player campaign.
