The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is an action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo, released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998. It is widely regarded as one of the greatest games in the medium's history.
Nintendo released a remake for the Nintendo 3DS in 2011. The original became available on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 through Nintendo Switch Online's Expansion Pack.
In 2021, a community group called the Zelda Research Team (ZELDARET) completed a decompilation of the game to C source code, enabling Harbour Masters to develop Ship of Harkinian, an unofficial native port compatible with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, and Wii U. In July 2026, developer Chris Sotraidis extended Ship of Harkinian to iOS and iPadOS under the project name HarkinianPad, bringing native play to Apple mobile devices for the first time.
