Gamers will haul their computers to the ends of the Earth to plug into a local LAN with other enthusiasts where they can game face to face. The smack talk rings loud and the insanity never quits. GameSpy Industries has been throwing LAN parties on a monthly basis for nearly two years, known as The BeatDown. Registrations have just opened for BeatDown 19, which will take place in San Francisco from July 16th-18th.
