The hardware race keeps getting louder. 3Dfx Interactive said it has filed suit against nVIDIA Corporation in the Northern California District Federal Court asserting patent infringement. 3Dfx Interactive claims that Nvidia is using 3Dfx Interactive's unique patented multi-texturing technology in nVIDIA's newest product called Riva TNT.
The official EverQuest web site has added 11 new screenshots of EverQuest, showing off new zones and monsters. The screenshots were captured on a Matrox G200 videocard.
