3D Labs put out new Permedia 2 drivers which include a new OpenGL Driver. The new drivers has a fix for the problem when simultaneously displaying 8 bit and 16 bit AVI files.
Diamond Multimedia put out new Monster Fusion Drivers. The drivers are the Monster Fusion Windows 9x Display Drivers version 4.10.01.0206.
The rules for the FRAG II Official CPL Quake2 one-on-one tournament have been updated. They added Extended Rules, by Frank Cabansky, which is a very detailed set of rules for the tournament.
