Acclaim Comics Returns To Publishing

Acclaim Comics Returns To Publishing gets a June 1999 update. Acclaim Comics proudly announces a return to regular publishing with the release of two products in July, the TUROK/SHADOW MAN One-Shot and SHADOW MAN #1, the first issue in a new regular monthly series.

Both titles tie in heavily to Acclaim Entertainment’s highly anticipated SHADOW MAN video game release, based on the comic book series. The SHADOW MAN video game is released a month later in August, backed by a multi-million dollar advertising campaign. The TUROK/SHADOW MAN 48 page one-shot, to be released in early July, is written by Christopher Priest, with artwork by Mat Broome and Oscar Jimenez.
