Diamond Multimedia Systems today announced the addition of the HomeFree Phoneline solution to its line of home networking products for PCs.
The important bit: Matrox released new drivers for the Matrox MGA-G200. This product includes a display driver and the Matrox PowerDesk for Windows 95/98 for the G200 only (including G200 PCI).
Aureal A3D Enhanced Games: Aureal Semiconductor announced over 35 A3D enhanced game titles will be available in retail stores for the holiday buying season.
The important bit: Wicked3D released new drivers for the Wicked3D Vengeance. The new drivers are based on latest reference drivers, and have improved Re2Flex interface and improved eyeSCREAM stereo support.
The important bit: Matrox released the G200 OpenGL ICD Beta. The ICD Beta1 release offers support for six OpenGL-based games under Windows 98/95 including, Quake II, Quake, Half Life, Sin, Heretic II and Hexen II.
The important bit: Aureal Semiconductor released new A3D Drivers, Version 2.04. These drivers will work on any A3D sound card or PC.

The important bit: Voodoo: Unlimited Power posted an interview with 3Dfx's Brian Bruning. In it they talk about a variety of subjects, but the main focus of course being Voodoo 3.
The important bit: 3Dfx Interactive announced it has shipped more than 1 million Voodoo Banshee chips, the company's acclaimed high-performance integrated 3D and 2D graphics chip designed for mass-market applications, which began shipping in August.
The important bit: Diamond Multimedia released new drivers for the Monster 3D II. These new drivers include DirectX 6 Drivers version 4.10.01.0205 with Glide drivers version 2.54.
