POCG VERDICT
A final masterpiece for a fleeting console generation.
Rockstar's three-protagonist crime epic overwhelms with scale, character-switching and mind-blowing heists. A few narrative missteps aside, a masterpiece.
About This Game

Grand Theft Auto V is a 2013 open-world action-adventure developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games, released first on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and later on newer consoles and PC. Set in the sprawling fictional state of San Andreas, it follows three switchable protagonists, Franklin, Michael and Trevor, whose intertwined lives drive a story built around elaborate heists. Alongside its campaign, the persistent Grand Theft Auto Online became a phenomenon in its own right. One of the best-selling and highest-grossing entertainment products ever made, it is widely regarded as a landmark of the open-world genre.
